The all new Friday Nights @ the Westbury Conservative Club

Friday night will no longer be meat draw night at the Westbury Conservative Club. For a trial period we are moving the draw to Sunday afternoons, starting 4pm 17th June 2012.

The last friday night meat draw will be on 8th June, we are planning to hold a number of different friday evening events to appeal to a wider audience, starting with…….

Friday 15th June: Quiz Nigh 8pm: Bring along a team of four friends, and have some fun! £6 per team… Cash Prize
Last Friday of the month: Karaoke (starting 29th June)
First Friday of the month: Bingo (starting 6th July)

Diamond Jubilee:

Tickets are now available for our Diamond Jubilee Rock-N-Roll night on the 2nd June.

Members: Free
Non Members £5

This is a ticket only event, and we expect demand to be high, so get your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

We are holding a day of family entertainment and a street party on the 4th June to celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee, more details can be found here.

Lee Coneley Band – A fantastic evening of Blues.

The Lee Coneley Band treated the Westbury Conservative Club to a lively evenings entertainment last night (Saturday 12th May 2012), they put together a brilliant evening of entertainment that had Westbury Conservative Club calling for more.

Lee is a brilliant, enthusiastic guitarist who plays and sings with passion, I have never seen a guitarists hand move so fast,it was a blur for most of the evening. We were treated to classic blues tracks from Jimmy Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Thin Lizzy, Steppenwolf, Free and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

I for one would love to see this band play the Cons Club again, they were entertaining from the start and played two full length sets followed by a 3 song encore.
